Greetings Providers:
The Georgia Department of Human Services’ Division of Family & Children Services (DFCS) invites you to join our child welfare focus groups on the topics of safety, permanency, and well-being. These groups include foster parents, DFCS staff, judges, attorneys, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs), and service providers.
The goal of these focus groups is to collect feedback on how the child welfare system works and identify ways we can make improvements so that families and children can experience the best outcomes. Within these focus groups, you may be asked about the kinds of services you receive and what your experiences are like working with the agency.
All information shared within the focus group is confidential. We value your opinion and hope you will be able to join us for one or more of these focus groups.
DFCS will be hosting focus groups on the below dates. Each session will last 45 to 90 minutes. There are only 25 slots per session, so we encourage you to register soon.
