Greetings CPA Providers,

In preparation for the upcoming bi-annual re-evaluations, we are anticipating an increased number of home re-evaluation submissions. We wanted to send out a few reminders in order to assist with getting your homes processed in a timely manner. The CPS Screening Unit and OPM Resource Development (RD) team would like to remind all CPA providers that July 2024 family re-evaluation submission deadlines are quickly approaching. Please keep in mind that May 2, 2024, is 90 business days prior to July 31, 2024. Therefore, please begin gathering re-evaluation documents and requesting families with five-year screenings expirations approaching to begin scheduling all required appointments in advance. Please also be sure to obtain required CPS Screening applications and submit to the CPS Screening unit 90 days prior to the home approval expiration date. Please note, the CPS Screening Unit will need additional time to complete CPS screening determinations for families with history. Lastly, homes that expire on July 31, 2024, can be submitted via GA SCORE to OPM RD as early as July 1, 2024.
