Greetings RBWO Providers,

DHS Payment Centers have been receiving requests, from providers, to have RBWO payments expedited. As a reminder, per your Contract, DHS has 30 days to process the previous months’ payments. Once a provider’s pre-bill is received, there is a 6 day payment process that takes place. Pre-bills are processed in the order that they are received, and Payment Centers are not able to expedite payment processing.
