A licensed therapist and transformational trauma-informed speaker with a focus on helping Black women heal their mind, body, and soul through self-care, boundary setting, and healing inner childhood wounds. Ms. Young holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgia State University and an MS in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
