Greetings RBWO Providers,

The FY24 RBWO Minimum Standards has been updated to include a revision to RBWO Minimum Standard 13.29, which outlines new requirements regarding cell phones. Thank you to everyone that provided your feedback regarding the new cell phone policy. 80% of respondents were in agreement with the new policy, while 20% of respondents were not. Respondents provided great feedback that we used to further update the new policy. Please ensure that you are utilizing the updated version of the FY24 RBWO Minimum Standards.
