Effective immediately, please include the DFCS County Director on all discharge notices that are provided for youth in your care. The County Director contact list can be found on www.gascore.com under Contacts >> Other DFCS Contacts: Organizational Charts and Directories. This will help to ensure that DFCS County leadership is made aware of discharge notices in a timely manner and to ensure that there is no breakdown in communication regarding discharge notices. If you are experiencing barriers in receiving a response from the DFCS Case Manager at any time, please follow the DFCS Chain of Command by escalating your concerns up to County leadership. You can always reach out to your assigned OPM Monitoring Specialist for assistance as well. We thank each of your for your continued partnership with the division.
