Dear Providers:

As a reminder, the new RBWO fiscal year begins tomorrow, July 1. Please be aware that many pages in GA+SCORE update at the start of the year, moving data from the previous year into the history folder at the bottom of the page. The data is still saved and will still be counted towards PBP scorecards even though it is no longer in the main list.

July 10th is the deadline for reporting June's PBP data into GA+SCORE and Georgia SHINES. It's also the deadline for reporting any staff annual training hours earned in Q4 (April to June). As you complete that reporting, keep in mind that records you add for June during the first ten days of July will appear in the history folder.

This also affects the "PBP Training Hrs" column on the orange Staffing page. Beginning 7/1, it will display the count for FY2024, which will be 0. Training hours for FY23 can still be viewed on the purple Annual Training page.
