Dear Providers:
On behalf Together GA (TG), Casey Family Programs (CFP) is hosting a listening session to provide updates on the TG Transition Age Youth (TAY) Cohort findings and to gain your feedback about the critical needs to build capacity, skills, and tools to ultimately ensure that TAY experience the best outcomes. In addition to this meeting, a survey will be sent to provide an additional opportunity to capture the voice of everyone interested in the progress of this population.
This meeting will be hosted virtually on Zoom. Registration is required. Ideal participants – providers who currently serve this population of youth
