As you are aware, effective May 1, 2023, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) selected a new vendor to process Criminal Records Checks.  The new provider is Fieldprint.  In previous communications, a website was provided with information on Fieldprint’s process.  To assist with some of the challenges that some providers are facing, DHS OIG has shared training materials.  The following attachments have been provided for your reference:

To view the training videos presented by the GBI, please visit http://gcicweb.gbi.state.ga.us/ncja/content/video-presentations.  Please set aside some time to watch these videos thoroughly to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.  Please feel free to share this web address with your applicants as one of the training videos is for the Applicant Registration Process.  The Applicant User Guide can be shared with your applicants, as well.
