Dear Licensed Providers,
RCCL was notified this afternoon that the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has selected a new vendor to process Criminal Records Checks. The new provider is Field Print, and their contract starts May 1, 2023.
This new vendor’s process will be different than the current vendor’s process. To assist providers with becoming familiar with the new GAPS website, the GBI/GCIC has created virtual trainings that will be held from April 10th to April 28th. The training dates/times can be found at http://gcicweb.gbi.state.ga.us/ncja/content/fieldprint-gaps-training. It is recommended that every provider send at least one staff member to the training.
