Dear Providers:

Per the Office of Procurement and Contracts (OPC), there are a few changes to the information provided on Oct. 2022 for FY24 Contract Renewal. The attached memo highlights in yellow the Corporate Resolution Key Elements updates needed for applicable providers to only capture the fiscal year on the form instead of the contract start and end date.

OPM will need all FY24 contract documents to be completed and uploaded into GA SCORE (DO NOT EMAIL) by close of business on December 31, 2022. To ensure all contracts are executed timely, this deadline cannot be extended.
