Greetings RBWO Providers,

The Division, in conjunction with DJJ, and foster youth are in the process of developing a workgroup to develop a cellphone usage standard for youth in foster care.  We are seeking 10 RBWO providers interested in working with the Division to formulate language and standards around how youth can utilize their cellphone while in their current placement if they are in possession of a cellphone.   We anticipate that this workgroup will begin in October and meet at least twice a month.
