Dear Providers:

The Division of Family and Children Services’ Policy Unit is currently working in partnership with the GARYSE Chafee Independent Living Program to finalize portions of the upcoming Extended Foster Care Policy.  We are seeking feedback from youth in extended foster care (18+) to create equitable housing options that benefit their specific needs and circumstances. 

Please share the attached flyer with youth/young adults you currently serve that are age 18+ and in extended foster care, as well as those who may have aged out.  The survey is intended for older youth only!
