Greetings CPA Providers,
The Division, in conjunction with the Office of Child Advocacy, is in the process of developing a workgroup to review and update the grievance process for CPA caregivers. We are seeking a workgroup of approximately 8 CPA providers who are interested in working with the Division to formulate recommendations around policies and standards for handling grievances that come from CPA caregivers. We anticipate that this workgroup will meet at least twice a month beginning in July. We also anticipate that some individual assignments may be necessary between meetings, for workgroup participants. The membership list will be shared with all providers so that workgroup members can serve as points of contact for providing input and receiving updates.
