The Office of Provider Management (OPM) was made aware of an issue with the SHINES Portal, where users are unable to upload documents. In communication with the DHS SHINES team, it was discovered that this issue is due to a recent change to the SHINES system, that ultimately impacted the upload function for Portal users. The SHINES team expects to have this issue resolved by Wednesday, at the latest. Any additional updates will be shared.
