E-Blast: Reminder: Title V Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) Youth Development Program FFY2023 Statement of Need

March 7, 2022 10:01 AM

Dear Providers:

Georgia non-profit and public entities are invited to submit proposals for the Title V Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) Youth Development Program FFY2023. Georgia's SRAE program provides education to youth that normalizes the optimal health behavior of voiding non-marital sexual activity. The program is designed to teach youth personal responsibility, self-regulation, goal setting, healthy decision-making, a focus on the future, and the prevention of youth risk behaviors such as drug and alcohol usage without normalizing teen sexual activity. GA SRAE provides funding to community-based organizations to provide abstinence-based programming to youth and young adults in their local community.
