Several providers have reached out regarding issues accessing the SHINES Portal. It was brought to OPM’s attention that this issue is a result of changes with the DUO authentication process. Please note that the SHINES help desk is aware and this issue has been escalated with OIT leadership. OPM will not penalize providers for SHINES contacts not entered during this period of time. As we have updates, we will send out additional notification. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
