Dear Providers:

 

Teen Parent Connection (TPC) supports pregnant or parenting teens and young adults (both moms and dads), ages 13 – 21, in state custody and their child(ren), or teen parents with a child in state custody or those at risk of coming into custody. Services are currently available in the greater Metro Atlanta area and Macon.

 

The network focuses on the whole needs of the teen/young adult parent-led family and coordinates prevention, intervention, and treatment services with individualized services for each teen and/or baby.
