Join GCAPP, in partnership with community leaders from neighboring counties, for an important event about the overall health and well-being of young people in the Middle GA area. GCAPP continues to collaborate with partners in local communities throughout the state to identify ways we can support local efforts to improve the health and emotional and social wellness of youth. We are calling on youth-serving professionals and organizations, youth advocates, parents, and community leaders across sectors in Crawford, Hancock, Wilkinson, and Putnam counties to join us for this important event focused on collaborative solutions.
