The Office of Provider Management and the GARYSE Chafee Independent Living Program are soliciting presenters to submit workshop proposals for the 2021 Independent Living Provider Symposium on September 28 & 29, 2021 — download the flyer here. Topics should center around youth engagement, effective community partnerships, quality service delivery and case planning, data analytics and outcomes.

 

The deadline for proposals has been extended to Friday, July 16. Please send your submissions to opm.leadership@dhs.ga.gov.
