Greetings RBWO Providers,

On Thursday May 6, 2021 Care Solutions sent an email to all agencies from the Office of Provider Management (OPM). The email stated that the Department of Administrative Services (DOAS) has changed its insurance requirements, these must be met for FY22 RBWO contracts to be executed, and that your agency must adhere to the following on or before May 21, 2021: 

1. Guarantee that your agency meets the insurance coverage requirements and if not, upload the amended insurance to GA+SCORE.
2. If your insurance is expired, please upload the Certificate of Liability (COL) renewals in GA+SCORE.
3. Ensure that the Certificate Holder on the COL is as follows:
        DFCS/OPM/RBWO
        2 Peachtree Street NW 18^th floor
        Atlanta, GA  30303

You are receiving this email because your agency has not uploaded the amended certificate of liability (COL) in GA SCORE or the COL did not meet the new insurance requirements. We cannot renew your FY22 RBWO contract without this document. Please upload the new COL in GA SCORE for processing TOMORROW, May 28, 2021.
