Greetings RBWO Providers,

Per Department of Administrative Services (DOAS), the requirements linked here must be met in order for FY22 RBWO contracts to be executed. The document outlines the key changes to the insurance coverage requirements for all contracted providers with the Division. We understand that these requirements are different from those that were initially communicated. In an effort to expedite the processing of RBWO contracts, we ask that your agency adhere to the following on or before May 21, 2021:

1. Guarantee that your agency meets the insurance coverage requirements and if not, upload the amended insurance to GA+SCORE.
2. If your insurance is expired, please upload the Certificate of Liability (COL) renewals in GA+SCORE.
3. Ensure that the Certificate Holder on the COL is as follows:
         DFCS/OPM/RBWO
         2 Peachtree Street NW 18^th floor
         Atlanta, GA  30303
