It is in the Division of Family and Children Services' best interest to cancel the Application for Adoption Services as further development of requirements and direction is required to yield a successful outcome for the State's needs.  It is the Division of Family and Children Services' intent to revise the application documents and repost the application. The materials submitted with the current application will remain closed pending the successful rebid of the services specified therein. Upon the Notice of Intent to Award for the subsequent application, all records will be made available as provided in the Statement of Need.
