As a first step towards identifying evidence-based programs to include in Georgia’s Title IV-E Prevention Plan, DFCS is asking all service providers to complete the Family First Provider Readiness Assessment.

By completing the assessment and sharing information about your current programming and capacity, you'll help DFCS better understand the current landscape and develop future opportunities related to Family First in Georgia.

In order to get the broadest response possible, we've extended the deadline through Monday, March 10.

If you started the assessment but did not finish, there's still time! Just remember that all responses must be completed by March 10.
