As part of Georgia's Blueprint for Family First, DFCS has created a Provider Readiness Assessment to help understand the array of prevention services statewide, identify gaps, and inform the selection of services to be funded by Family First. Please have a representative for your agency complete this survey prior to its closing March 1st.

 

The survey includes some detailed questions about Evidence-Based Practices used by your agency. You can prepare response information in advance by following the instructions (in video and text format) available at the link.
